don't know why, when i saw that, the first thing that came into my head was

Morning all. I have a question..me and my good friend got in a tad bit of an argument last night over our jobs..

-He works retail and gets paid by commision..his paychecks are normally a little lower or a little higher than $200.
-Me. I drive van, for a transportation company driving mentally challenged kids to school, $10.50 an hour, my paychecks are close to $300.

He says he's making more money? am i wrong in saying he's not? Only reason the convo came up was because he was buying a mac and said he made more money than me...

Yeah it is. I plan on setting up glass casing for the cars, be it in my next place that I live or in the new shop that I get :)

grimm 01-15-2010 01:15 PM

i hear ya. personally i would avoid those types of conversations with friends and co-workers. you never know how the other person is going to feel about it.

Why are the people that comment on the political stuff on TST so onesided, and if you don't think their way you are a ****ing retard to them.

sleeperSL2 01-15-2010 01:20 PM

I know. but what got me was he said to me "if you make what you say you do, why do you still have that ****ty dell and not a mac?". I've had my laptop for 7 years, replaced the hard drive with a bigger one. it does what i need it to do. **** like that aggrivates me

most people who take the time to write about politics have a strong view. people who have a strong view generally are 1 sided.

Honestly, that's how most people are about anything. Their way is right, **** you if you don't agree. I believe that most people are over opinionated and undereducated.

Oakes 01-15-2010 01:26 PM

Like I've always said, the biggest talkers usually have the least experience. Those with experience, know when to talk and drive the point home.
