Took the bike to work today. It was chilly to say the least. But this is what happens when you are lazy and don't winterize your bike, you gotta ride it here and there to keep it in working order.

TJs98GT 01-14-2010 09:03 AM

id never ride a sport bike in the winter, the tires arent made for the cold temperatures and never heat up to the proper temperatures so your likely to dump the bike in turns or slide if you need to stop quickly.

however, id love to rock a bike around in the spring/summer/fall.....i just dont wanna kill myself on one

jpalamar 01-14-2010 09:13 AM

You can buy all-seasons for bikes. I have rode in the winter the last 2 years. Granted you can whip arround turns but I haven't had any issues with normal riding. I drive/ride very cautious in bad/cold weather since my GTO isnt' all that great in it. To me if just doesn't feel any different.

Morning all. Hope you all are doing well. Didn't do much last night except go to dentist then 2nd job, then home.

jpalamar 01-14-2010 09:23 AM

I watched American Idol last night. I love watching the tards at the tryout things. Once the actual show starts, I'll never watch it again as I just don't really care. But watching people make fools of them selves is always a good time.

All I gotta say is go on YouTube and search 'Pants on the ground'. I'm sure it has been uploaded 50k times but it was an old dude that was funny as hell on the show last night.

HickRocket1258 01-14-2010 09:26 AM

Hey Jason I'm with you by the way on that thing I posted up on the cash for clunkers. That importpower kid should be a politician if he knows so much.

I don't know a whole lot about politics but I did some reading up and it looks like that money that was given to them on their tradein will be taxed.

TJs98GT 01-14-2010 09:26 AM

last night was boring for me too, gf had a late class. i chilled at my apartment and played wii/ps3 and messed around on my CDJs then took some nyquil and passed out. trying to get over this stupid cold.

Stayed home from work again today, had no voice this morning. I just need to recoup, especially for this weekend.

I just posted again in that thread. I love starting ish. It gives me something to do. I also love it how if you don't agree with certain people you are just dumb, even if you make a valid point in the process. There probally is no right answer in it as there are so many factors that we as normal people probally don't understand, but its still interesting either way.
