i never saw the cash from selling the subaru. i had the buyer pay the bank directly.

Scapegoat 01-12-2010 09:47 AM

unfortunately i go through citifinancial auto... they don't have locations... in the US at least. that and he got the car for a little less than what i owe, so i've got to cover the difference.

can't wait to be done with this car though. back to one car payment and saving money

jpalamar 01-12-2010 09:48 AM

I can't believe he gave you money to pay your loan with the 'promise' of not stealing his money. Not that your not a good guy, but he doesn't know that.

Scapegoat 01-12-2010 09:51 AM

we wrote up a quick bill of sale. so he's got proof that i sold the car to him and for what amount.

jpalamar 01-12-2010 09:53 AM

Still, sueing people and hoping that they can actually pay up takes forever if you even get the money. That guy is crazy.

So... with the NO2 plans for you car, can your stock clutch handle it?

CHAOS 01-12-2010 09:53 AM

thats pretty much what i did as well ken, drew up a contract outlining what was taking place in the sale so that neither parties got screwed.

DPancoast 01-12-2010 09:56 AM

yeah with people today hes got ballz but oh well.

morning everyone. Im super tired today. thought i slept good but i guess not. most of it is probably the cold weather. still sucks tho.

people are running close to 500 through it w/ the stock clutch... but those cars are boosted.

i think it'll be fine since i'm not going to be using it off the line

HickRocket1258 01-12-2010 10:40 AM

Yeah can as long as you aren't shooting off the line I don't see there being a problem at all.

House was good last night.

Why is that? Just to get out?

CHAOS 01-12-2010 11:03 AM

lol nick do you ever work a normal schedule? its either you work late or you leave early.

Oakes 01-12-2010 11:05 AM

Yeah. I'm a little frustrated with this place right now. I haven't been paid for my last pay period cause the bitch upstairs didn't get my hours till the next day and "she only does pay roll on wednesdays" and looked away from me...I nearly bitched her out to get the tampon out of her ass. They're apparently going to change my raise because they hired another driver, I'm going to tell them that if it does change, I will only be doing x, x and x around here and not whatever they ask me to do because it's ****ing ridiculous. How do you take someones raise? Honestly? The other managers say that the owners and the GM are extremely jewish, they want us to do everything with no compensation. NOT HAPPENIN!

Same here dude. I've been sick since Friday and feel like ****in ball soup gumbo right now.

CHAOS 01-12-2010 11:06 AM

did you sign any paperwork with the raise on it? thats your only grounds to fight it.

Oakes 01-12-2010 11:10 AM

No I didn't. It was more of a verbal thing. I might punch them in the face.
