Build a model if you won't wanna use it.

i'm guilty of that

Showoff03LS 01-07-2010 02:31 PM

those are the chances you take, and you just gotta prep your self for that kinda thing with taking extra parts. im know for a fact ****s gonna brake with the truck since ive decided to go all out and do a stroker kit and a huge Supercharger so that i can hit the 700+ HP range

i agree with you on this, i dont think just cuz a car is nice it should never be driven, im sayin the trailer queens that NEED to be trailerd to the track are what i dont have a problem with.. theres a big difference between garage queens and trailer queens..

Agreed.

It's ok Angelo, you are just a little behind.

Scapegoat 01-07-2010 02:58 PM

you people care to much about how people get enjoyment out of their cars

Oakes 01-07-2010 02:59 PM

It's far from it Angelo.

I'll agree, you should trailer cars that are drag/autox cars, be it something may break or you pose the risk of the car getting damaged by other idiots on the road who happen to be driving the piss out of their Regal or something. What you are saying generally is drive the piss out of a car when it's nice out and garage it other wise...but you're saying dont garage the car, drive it? Rock chips make a real car? I will completely disagree with you there. I drive the hell out of my cars, but when I'm not, they're in the garage. If there is salt everywhere, I'd be damn sure to smack the first idiot I see driving around his black F430 in this ****. You want the car the last? Take care of it. That means, dont subject it to conditions that you dont have to put it through.

I GUARANTEE you, that most people who drive "nice" cars everyday regardless, wouldn't if they had the option of a second car or a garage. Simply because some of them don't have that luxury. It makes you no better of an enthusiast whether you drive it every damn clear skied day or not, its because of people that do garage their cars so much..that people like you and I can appreciate such cars in their original states years down the road long after their production runs are over.

My point stands. If you had possession of said cars, you would undoubtedly do the same whenever possible.
