Ken whenever you get on today, if you are interested, there's a guy in Lancster that's selling 15x8 draglites with 5.5 backspacing I believe for $250.

Oakes 01-06-2010 10:09 AM

hahaha, I had a great time last night. Jpalamars comment was great haha. Sorry I had to book it early, somehow made it in time too.

not wide enough

thanks for the heads up though.

i've also decided on trying to chill w/ spending till i get the srt sold... cutting it close right now haha

HickRocket1258 01-06-2010 10:19 AM

Hahaha not wide enough? My camaro has them and hooks with no problem at all. Also look nice with them as well.

Scapegoat 01-06-2010 10:24 AM

i know i won't be able to spin drag radials w/ an 8" rim and whatever size tire i can get on there... but 10" would be better lol

HickRocket1258 01-06-2010 10:29 AM

Hahaha that's what everyone seems to be going to now. They love the whole wide look. Just make sure you get the right backspacing so you clear them in the fenderwell.

I'm putting 13" wide wheels on the back of the fwd Fusion....

Light travels faster than sound.. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

lol smooth Ken. If it's an auto, I wanna know what model lol, we have 3 in the family

Scapegoat 01-06-2010 11:06 AM

its an auto... a 93 something... looks like maybe a 300e

Oakes 01-06-2010 11:09 AM

ohhh...nvm then. My brother has an 06 S55 AMG, his Fiance' has an 05 E320, my mom has an 08 ML350 4Matic. Just wanted to make sure it wasnt any of those lol. A 93? Not exactly suprising to need a trans in my eyes.

Scapegoat 01-06-2010 11:11 AM

its a turd... i think they got it for 2 grand. its in pretty good shape i guess. other than it needing a trans lol...

i'm hoping she ditches it and takes me up on splitting the srt payment and taking over the insurance as well. i'll just put it back to stock for her so she doesn't have to worry about the part throttle boost ****

angdefeo 01-06-2010 11:12 AM

do you think it would be tough to sell the 07 sti? i am not trying to sell it just think of the future. i want to dirve it more but this weather stinks and i dont want to take it out now. the next modifications on the car would be some in depth motor mods, larger turbo, and intake. how easy is it to sell a car after those type of modifications? i know you dont get your money back. what are your thougths?
