all depends on how i run it.

if i don't make any money there won't be any issues as long as i don't perform any copyright infringement... which i'm pretty sure "sonic" is not copyright... while "Sonic Drive-In" or "Sonic" or something like that is.

and if i do make money... i'll need to be even more careful... my step dad is a lawyer, so i'll be talking to him

ultimately, i'd like it to be a site people can use to organize their specific meet. course, if it gets big enough i'll need to pay for better hosting, which will mean i've got to figure out some advertising stuff

piku 01-05-2010 02:01 PM

Sup all, I am a creeper and I did get the news about champps. And sonic meet = crazy because at last year's sonic meet I was a tst member for about a week going to jsc speed getting pancoast confused with justin ;)

rush job on a website and business identity and print material?

also, have you gotten the information we've requested?

hosting from marcus, and what kind of hand outs you can have?

Meeshell 01-05-2010 02:03 PM

Jon, if there's anything I can do to help, let me know. Sonic was fun last year despite the rain and cold. Hopefully this year it's a little warmer!

Oakes 01-05-2010 02:04 PM

My laptop had a hardware malfunction, so I'm currently working on getting all the images via forums and such now. I forgot to get in touch with marcus about that, I'll send him your way now. I will know more specifically what I can have, the business cards are a given.

Angelo, they have a few ideas of what should work, that is probably one of them.

HickRocket1258 01-05-2010 02:12 PM

Another reason that Alex kid can be a tool.

Ken I would love to set up my mustang for drag racing, but then I'd have to totally change my suspension around and put on drag springs as well, and I still want it to be a road warrior hahaha.

Big_Jim 01-05-2010 02:13 PM

nick- let me know about the laptop....
