these meets have changed a lot from the way we used to have them last year. not that its a bad thing but all our meets last year people were people racing, we would take a 20-30 car cruise on 295 full of mayhem and racing. we werent too worried about people doing burnouts and drifting. this is just a way different meet than it used to be, some of the people that used to come to old the best buy meets/lukoil meets last year know what im talking about :)

I sincerely hope that you're not fishing for an apology from me, and if you are it ain't gonna happen. You saying that I was "flooring it" in reverse is only about %1 true, yes my car was in reverse but that was FAR from me flooring it, if I was you would have known it by the blood pouring out of your ears due to the volume of my exhaust. I was at the most 1/4 throttle for all of about 2 seconds and 100 feet, then I stopped, even if a cop had watched the whole thing I guarantee he wouldn't have said anything because I never went any faster than maybe 10 mph due to it being wrong wheel drive at the time :eek:
%99 of the time we go off site to act like assholes, that other %1 of the time it's late as **** and we're well away from the group in the lot so if a cop sees it he will harass the person not the group. All of us that talked to and hung out with the cop last night got to specifically hear him say that they stay away from the meet as much as possible to give us our space because they know we have it under control and trust us, they just concentrate on catching the morons blasting up Nixon leaving the meet.
I'm not trying to be a dick or start **** but keep in mind that this is our meet not your meet, we ALL take time out to help run and promote this meet and if you go wildly pointing fingers at those people it will piss them off. |
