Most likely, yes, it will just blow out the spark.

im probably just going to get new ones. a dude with a 323 i was talking about has the same motor recommended them to me but they arent working out as well as i thought. I replace the plugs and now im having a slight backfire at low rpms. Im just wondering if since they are rated at +2, if they should be still at .44" or what

yea im just not really sure, which is why im checking.

Just get stock plugs, like NGK V-power and call it a day.

A hot plug keeps the tip hot, which isn't always the best thing. A cold plug keeps the tip fairly cold or close to operating temps at higher rpm's so you get a good spark. On a stock motor you want a happy medium so you have the tip hot on idle and low rpm's, and cold at higher rpm's.

It's my daddy's burfday and for the last 5 years or so they've had their friends over (which is, btw, the ONLY time they EVER have friends over) but this year they couldn't afford to.. so now I feel bad that my dad will be all alone on his burfday... if he gets drunk and passes out, I may show up anyway :lol:

i'll be over 7-8ish and stay till 10ish depending on the weather and whether or not i feel like driving into the city

So many people hate 2009. I think 2009 was actually pretty good, or at least like any other year. There were bumps down the road but we all still made it.
