Forza 2 sucks compared to 3. It is honestly night and day bwtween the 2.

nah i'm out in Edison NJ for work, i don't know the places name we just order it up from time to time. For $12 you get a feast of BBQ grilled chicken and ribs, some rice and fries. It easily feeds 2 to 3 people. i think i might pick it up for lunch and dinner later on :)

I just picked up a 14 rib rack...soaked it in beer over night, and started smoking it at 4 am this morning. win :)

how long are you going to smoke it for? and is it an electric smoker? my fiancee's dad made some awesome kielbasi it was soo lean!! he then smoked it and gave us a bunch it's awesome. we air dried it after wards to get it a little tougher. So good!!!
