^ I had that happen to me with a Dr. before. It really sucks. I was able to work a deal out with the Dr. office though since the insurance companed F'ed me over.

Our insurance company is a pretty well known company, so I hope they don't screw us over.

Dental insurance usually covers previtive care 100%. Everything else is just a percentage. I have spent so much money this past year on getting a root canal on 1 tooth and a crown on a tooth that had a root canal a few years back. It was like $1000 out of pocket.
