According to my doctor, I'm a fatty. *emoface*

HickRocket1258 12-16-2009 01:18 PM

I know my mid section is definately big but my upper body tends to help it not show.

Erik 12-16-2009 01:18 PM

my doctor said, "well, atleast your healthy!"

Erik 12-16-2009 01:26 PM

im considered heavily obese by the chart in my docs office hahah

Erik 12-16-2009 01:27 PM

even though my blood pressure is fine, i have no health problems, and i go to the gym frequently. ohs wells, doesnt bug me as much as some other peopel

angdefeo 12-16-2009 01:33 PM

I am just throwing this out there for everyone. Would anyone be interested in go to the pistol range some weekend in the next month or so?

We can meet there shoot a bunch of paper targets then get some food afterwards. If you never shot its a lot of fun as long as loud noises dont bother you.

Erik 12-16-2009 01:35 PM

i shot a bushmaster, .45, and a 12 guage. THAT KICKED ASS! id be down possibly depending on work

i'm curious in how you know that,

Scapegoat 12-16-2009 01:39 PM

i'm 5'7" ish and around 170lbs. which, is considered fat for my height. i should be around 150ish. and i would be if i hadn't put on some fat sitting at a computer all day for 2 years.

i plan on losing the weight i put on w/ lots of jogging and light lifting over the next 3-4 months... well, see where i'm at at least. i'd like to go into late spring lifting weights and gaining muscle while continuing to jog.

my main goal is to lean out and increase my stamina. with gaining strength a goal as well... though, not as high a priority as the other two.

I dont have any class 3 weapons but if thats what works best for everyone, i am game.

HickRocket1258 12-16-2009 01:42 PM

Someone did tell me one time that really the only thing you need to do to work out is run and stayin in shape. What good is it if you can lift a billion pounds but suck as staying in shape.

I'd be down for trying to shoot a gun. Never held one in my life before.

yeah, i need to bring up my endurance. right now, i can do a 5 min round of MMA "sparring" before i start gassing out.

and, i hate running.

yeah, after firing fully auto weapons for a while, firing semi auto rifles feels boring.

angdefeo 12-16-2009 01:50 PM

Do you have any class 3 stuff or do you rent it at the range?

I think the key to staying in shape is whatching your consumption and doing aeroboic excercise. Its an easy math formula, food in is calories, excercise of any kinds burns those calories. So you need one to be greater than the other.
