Try renting a lot in the lower streets.. we have tried our best to get 45th street lot. They wanted $10,000+ :jawdrop: just to rent out the lot for a few hours. :bigeek: After hours and hours of working on getting a lot we were able to come to a reasonable price with the owner of 118th street this year. :cool:
