I am an immigrant with an old italian immigrant family. Other than thinking we are always screaming at each other all the time when we have holidays together, we are perfect and have no other quirks that i would care to discuss.

Yes for sure. Hands fly so fast that drinks always get knocked over.

i have a rather small family. any arguments that happen, i settle. i cant stand bickering around the holidays.

Oh, the only other quirk....or strange family fact. I did ask my mom where i was concieved. Back when i was in the planning stages, my parents lived in a 1 room apartment that was part kitchen, living room, and bedroom that was shared by my parents and my two older brothers. The oldest would have been about 8-9 years old and the other around 5 years old while my mom was pregnant with me. So there was no sneaking in a quicky when with the two other kids around.

we dont really argue where people get mad or hold grudges, we just speak about the basics such as religion, politics, sex around the dinner table at thanksgiving. after dinner we just then lay around the floors and watch tv.

well, this will be the first thanksgiving i've had with my parents since 2002.

I'm quiting my job(temp position) after Turkey Day! I'm decided that I make less doing this then I would on unemployment after I take out the 300+ miles a week I drive.

Wahoo for some free time... now what to do with it.
