I can understand how some people want to wait for a top artist, I mean the **** is permanent, but most people get simple things any good artist will accomplish and it will turn out fantastic and you can usually get in within a day or so. Unless is a huge intricate piece or a portrait you want to look like it can talk waiting that long doesn't make any sense

blkZ06 11-11-2009 02:16 PM

rental properties are a great place to put your money, especially if you can get them without a mortgage, free money son

Foolinaround 11-11-2009 02:20 PM

My dad got me into the idea, hes been doing it for a few years now and hes made decent cash. pretty much he just profits out money because the rent thats paid covers the mortgage utilities etc. and then has leftover

ASIAN JUL 11-11-2009 02:21 PM

I have a really bad craving for hoagie salad..grrr

blkZ06 11-11-2009 02:23 PM

yea if you set it up right you can have the rent pay the buildings mortgage, which is cool because you can take out home equity loans on the property you basically dont pay anything on. But if you can buy the spots without the overhead then the rent can pay the bills on the house you live in then life is good

Foolinaround 11-11-2009 02:25 PM

Yeah man,he mostly does section 8 housing where the govt pays ****,idk exactly how it works he tells me but i forget its complicated. either way its a sweet gig.
