I need to start working out again, I lose weight sitting still and I hate it. Lookin like a cancer patient isn't good for me haha, I miss being in shape/thicker.

i go to the gym 5 days a week. i absolutely hate it. i wish i was one of those genetically super tiny girls. nope.

yeah, i've been getting lazy too. all last week, i didn't work out.

i enjoy going and lifting weights. its a rush being able to push up more and more weight.
i did 100 pushups a couple weeks back, two sets of 30 and two sets of 20. in the past i couldn't manage 10 without getting tired |
I used to be able to bench around 425, and squat almost twice as much..not anymore haha

when i was in shape i could put up 200lbs and leg press like 3-400+... But thats when i used to skate and snowboard a lot lol... Also when i had time to lift everyday and eat 6 meals.
Hopefully in the spring michelle and i will start going part time again, im way out of shape |
