I'm not feeling like **** today, but the colder it gets the more the old wounds start acting up... like riding to work this morning my shoulder started hurting like hell... almost went down cause of it.

I've got knee issues back from my cycling days... before I figured out that knee pads are actually a good idea if you're going downhill and know that your brakes won't help you stop :lol:

Hahaha yeah that could cause some serious damage I'm sure. They just randomly starting acting up for me and have been giving me problems for a few weeks now. I just keep taking IBProffin.

Icy hot patches - they help... they help a lot! Sometimes I can't fall asleep when the weather is cold and stuff's acting up.
