don't you love that.

or, this happened to me alot in the military, you come to work, got nothing to do, sit around all day, then, with 15mins before you get off of work, your boss gives you something to do that needs to get done right now, and you end up staying 3 hours late to get it done.

my salary requirement would be 6 figures for sure. to take into account the need to move out there and the increased cost of living plus my experience through the company i work for now.

i'm going to submit my resume and salary requirements tonight. can't hurt to send it off and be all like "i need 120k"

yeah, i lived in san diego for a while, it was nice that everything was close and stuff. but, way to crowed for my taste. and where i'm at right now, i like the room and space i got, but i hate having to drive at least 10mins or more to get anything

good luck with that.

i figured, where i'm living at right now, if i can make $60k a year, i'd be set.

i doubt they'll give it to me. but you never know... its certainly worth the effort to take another look at my resume, clean it up... possibly send it to a few people to review and make recommendations/changes then send it off to a few places around the country with that requirement.

120k would be a huge increase to my salary. but would be a necessity for moving to a city like san diego and for moving out of the area. having to pay off my rent here and paying a moving company to truck my **** out there, finding a place to live and paying the deposit.

Can you pick me up a tube too?

Nah, I'm not serious. It's gotta be in walmart and around $5 before I'd consider it ;)

that, and also, the car laws and CHP their suck. and they're getting ready to make their emmisions laws even more stricter.

HickRocket1258 11-04-2009 12:17 PM

Yeah Ken good luck with sending it out there. Definately doesn't hurt to try and do better. Making 120k out there is probably like making 50k-60k here, but I don't really know.

angdefeo 11-04-2009 12:22 PM

Good luck with submitting the resume. It doesnt hurt to at least try, whats the worst that can happen? Plus, if it works out you have a better salary and could live in a great city near the beach.

Scapegoat 11-04-2009 12:24 PM

i'm def gonna start sending my resume out. my position here, while incredibly lacking in difficult work, is boring as ****. I'm not growing here at all...

i don't have a boss... i can sit around and not do anything and not get in trouble b/c of how things are set up... but a monkey can do it. I'm tired, i'm bored and i'm ready for more. I do need to spend more time working on my website at personal projects at home to increase my knowledge and skill set... but i'm a lazy **** when i get home. besides... i have forza 3 and borderlands to play

speaking of borderlands, have you started a 2nd play through of the story? the badguys are alot harder to kill. by the end of the first playthrough, i was pretty much one shot killing them with the sniper rifle. now, it take 4 or 5 shots to even do half dmg.

Scapegoat 11-04-2009 12:28 PM

i only at level 15. i stopped playing when i got forza

Oakes 11-04-2009 12:28 PM

A nice break...finally!

Oh, and if you all havent already seen it and commented, go do it now!
