Truth is, you'll probably never use your warranty. Fine. But the point is that this dealership is either ****ing people out of money or there is a big issue with Honda's warranty. Either way, if you have the opportunity, the means and the knowledge, you should use it to make a difference for someone else. And if you can't change it, then you make it as miserable as you can for those asshats.

That sounds legit. If your driving a not street legal car and are in an accident, you should be automatically at fault.

It's street legal if it's tagged and insured. But he didn't tell us if it was.

thats the thing, it was steet legal(barely). but, the lawyer got the jury to think "oh, his car was modified, he must be a street racer. yada yada yada"

that, and he got hit

yeah, i'm trying to think hwo much of the warrenty is left anyways. the first owner got the car back in dec 2007, then i bought it in june 09. so, basiclly now, it would have been 1.5 years left on it.

LOL Anyway, modified or not if he has a license and the car is registered and insured the woman who ran the red light is more at fault. If he's uninsured, drunk, etc I have no sympathy. I've said it before and I'll say it again I hate the system as it's currently setup because in more ways than one it assrams tuners and lets off asshat minivan drivers applying lipstick at 75mph who kill motorcyclists.

And also, what are these juries thinking anyway? There's no way you'll ever convince me that a slightly modified car makes it so he never should have been on the road in the first place. What if he was a pedestrian? Who cares if she ran him down in a car, on a bike, etc. She ran his ass down!

That's why despite my SO tugging at my arm to move to Florida I want to stay here. Florida may be warm year round or this or that, but PA may be the last bastion of rolling radar free speeding.

yeah, cali was pretty bad, so was washington state (but, more for DUI's)

every state has their ups and downs.

one of the only reasons i moved back to PA, well for the area i live at, cheap cost of living.

God I hope not. He thought that was a good idea.... I tried to talk him out of that, but he was pretty sold.

No, I don't really need another project car. And I know NOTHING about the RX-7.
