usually i don't... but i would for something like that.

its not like i'm strolling in with a supercharger on the car and complaining that there is a hole in my block and they need to fix it under warranty. its a tire... people have been keeping track of their tire's pressure for decades now. its not a new concept... and anyone buying a mugen si is surely a person that is going to make sure their tires have enough air in them

and the funyn story about me buying it, i got it from a nissan dealership, and they marked it up as a normal SI. so, i didn't have to pay the $10k markup just cause it's a "mugen".

it was funny though, i went to the nissan dealership after this whole **** storm, and they told me "Thats what you get for buying a honda."

and they told you this? wow... you really let them strong arm you like that?

do you realize the **** storm that would have come from them actually counter suing you for defamation of character? in fact... i'm pretty sure they'd lose that one... and they'd hurt their name even more by even attempting that.

Further, there are laws in place to protect the consumer... and by voiding your entire warranty they broke that law, which means they pretty much can't counter sue.

complete and utter bull**** dude. I really can't believe you let them treat you like that... i'd be all over a lawyer after that

take it to the internet even more than you have?

honda forums, civic forums, mugen forums. continue calling and complaining to honda and that dealership, have other people do the same thing. look up the laws regarding the warranty stuff and call the police and file a complaint.

they broke the law dude, go at them

Ken is right. Maybe you'd get some of that extra money you could use. Gather up others that have had problems with them as well.

i did complain on different honda forums, of course, most honda forums are filled with honda haters, and all i got was

"That what you get for buying a over priced civic."
and
"Stupid fanboy."

that, and like i said, i lost faith in the law system after what happened to one of my buddies in cali.

he got t-boned at a intersection by some lady in a suv. she ran the red light. but, her lawyer conviced the jury that he car wasn't "street legal" and shouldn't have been on the road in the first place, and that if he wasn't driving it, she wouldn't have hit him. he ended up losing, and paying the bitch who hit him.

Seriously. It feels like a quick pinprick that makes you jump, and then starts itching.

I get that all over my back without having tattoos. It happens in the winter or if I get really bad sunburn. It's the worst. Doc said it was Eczema.

That sounds legit. If your driving a not street legal car and are in an accident, you should be automatically at fault.
