Love this 26 especially comfortable while driving. Seems to be in good shape, came with 2 mags and both have pierce +1 pinky grips which i dont know that i want. Anyone got 2 stock mag bottoms?

There was someone picking up a sweet barrell when i was there.

Big_Jim 01-05-2012 02:37 AM

why dont you guys just meet at a range one day, enjoy both of your side arms, and make the exchange there? sounds a lot more appealing than seeing the lady at the post office.

Classic is a little bit of a hike for me, but I am meeting up with Dave soon to sell him back the G19, and his spot is Classic...

Maybe, just maybe we could get a few people to meet up down there?

Im sure Mike, Brian, havent seen Rodder's ass post in awhile, but they were all there last shoot...

Sounds like win to me. PM me a date and time and if its any easier, we can just trade magazines (instead of swapping base plates), I just cleaned these too.

Awesome, Ill hit Dave up tonight and see when he is thinking, then ill shoot you a PM...switching magazines is fine with me, the back of mine is just colored in white with crayon

Ill be headed to the range tonight sometime, checking out a buddies club to check things out..

CleanNeon98 01-05-2012 04:46 PM

Which range do you usually go to? I don't even know where you live. By Cabelas I take it?

I live in Upper Bucks and belong to Ridge Vally Rod and Gun Club, which is outdoor only..

The club im checking out tonight is indoor pistol range and outdoor ranges..

CleanNeon98 01-05-2012 06:49 PM

Word, I've only been to one outdoor but I loved it.

Loving this 26 for carry, I work a 12 hour shift every week and last week I tried to carry my 19 for the day, at about 4:30 I had about had it. Here I am now with the 26 and I can barely feel it on me, the only thing that really prints even remotely when I fully bend over is the grip extension. Def happy with the somewhat impulsive buy.

Sometimes those are the best kinds of purchases.. I did the same thing with my UCII and I have never regretted it.

This just re-enforces my decision to be a proud firearm owner

Im telling you Alex, wait until the holster, you will be carrying both :)

CleanNeon98 01-06-2012 12:47 AM

It needs to get here, NOW. Also after more dry firing, the triggers feel different. The 26 i can squeze every time and not.have any wobble, while the 19 every time the trigger breaks the gun jerks around and the break is harder. I examined them side by side and found one difference. On the 26, there is a connector that you can see moving inside as you squeze the trigger (looking at gun from side). In the 26, it is flat, the one in the 19 has a dimple. If i file it away little by little will that cause any harm? Someone told me if you take off too much youll make it shoot full auto but i cant comprehend that.

Edit: the part i mean is the trigger bar. Should i file the edges and bump a little?
