Julz, a horse is mroe expensive than a car to upkeep. I know I'd lose interest.

at least shes not neglecting it...

I know how expensive horses are, horses/horseback riding were/was my life for 11 years. And you don't know if the horse is neglected or not, just looking at a horse tells you nothing. Not saying that hers is, just saying..

Oakes 10-15-2009 12:06 PM

I got about 700 horses under my hood, what's one more?

Elliott18t 10-15-2009 12:07 PM

what i mean is she is giving the horse who HAS interest instead of keeping it and possibly neglecting it. Its a good choice, IMO. Both for her and the horse.

ASIAN JUL 10-15-2009 12:09 PM

Lol alright let's not make this bigger than it is.. I'm just saying, horses have a tendency to get put to the back burner when you have multiple horses, I'm glad it's (hopefully) going to get into a good home. Knew a girl who had more horses than I have teeth, and those horses, though they had the best care, food, vets, etc. were still "neglected."

Agreed. Good thing the owner is doing that. I jsut had a brief history with horses, going to the Devon Horse show a few times. Started learning it all, but some of those people that owned them and went, I didn't care for.

Horse people are a billion time worse than car people, just sayin'. The rich and snobby bastards you meet when you compete. They took one look at my mare and laughed, but it's okay, I laughed too.. when I beat their kids on their $25,000 imported horses with my mutt of a pony/horse :D

I'm already bored, change the subject.

jpalamar 10-15-2009 12:12 PM

I'd rather have a 4 wheeler then a horse. Alot more fun ald 1% the cost of a horse.
