LOL, I grew up in South Philly, I'll take a quiet night if I can get one.

Regardless if it's a small window one, they use just as much power as your washer/dryer, anything similar for as long as it's on.

I have a hard time sleeping when it first gets cold. I usually sleep with the fan on, and when it gets cold outside not having the fan on results in me not sleeping for the first few nights.
