It's Italian... Interchangable with parmesan or romano cheese in most recipies... I know that much.

i don't know what is down closer to your area. and yeah... looking at maybe an hour drive if either of us leaves at 5. whether we meet in the middle, down by you, or out here... i really don't care.

but if its out by you or in the middle i'm going to need a destination b/c i don't know jack ****... otherwise we can meet out here at rock bottom or kildaires (hotter waitresses at kildaires) grab a quiet booth away from the crowd and play footsie...er... talk business

their beer is ok. the cask conditioned stuff is usually pretty good. but the stuff they make all the time is boring :(
