Ever have someone tell you they want you to borrow a book of theirs, and then you're totally not into it? I'm forcing myself to finish this one right now because I've had it for wayyyy too long, but since its obviously important to him I want to actually read the thing. Its called The Prophet by Kahlil Gibran. I'd like to like it, but its too philosophical and wordy for me... just not enjoyable.
