People are retards and I don't understand why GMAC hires some of them. I think my new goal to have done by the end of the year is to point out all of the flaws in this one guy and either make him change departments or get him fired. Harsh? Yes. But when he comes in and talks on the phone and dicks around all day then pushes all of his work off onto other people but still puts his name on it PLUS throws everyone under the bus after they help him.

Also, **** this cold/allergy thing I have going on right now.
