I am not 100% sure but i think that it ends this year. It might be extended but its not certain.

As of right now you must close by December 1st, 2009...but I have not heard of it being extended yet.

Whenever I get a house, it'll have a 2 car garage. Then later I can build an addition on top and rent it or somethin. Or I'm just talkingout of m butt. Would be nice to have a garage tho.

Yeah, it's just something I heard. Not positive yet on if it's happening. My buddy could be wrong, but I'm not sure if he got it from a realtor or not.
