The first week at a new job is usually the best. You get paid till they are ready for you.

This is true.

3 hour nap before a 15 hour day was way less than awesome. Went to the wanna-be Starbucks in my building for massive amounts of caffiene which was a great idea at the time... Took the 5 minute walk through my building to get there... Only to find out they don't have soy milk so I can't get a drink unless I want to spend the rest of the day sick and dying.

My day is starting off grrrrrreat

My brother can't do dairy. He ate a pizza a few months back. Then left for the 40 minutes drive back to his place. He barely made it before he blew a brown fondue fountain from his ass.

I feel your pain though, I'm allergic to alcohol. I break out in hives, stomac cramps all up, and I start sweating. Just curl up into a ball and twich til its over.

Thats funny, i quickly spring to life as soon as i take my first out of my building at the end of the day.

Oakes 09-03-2009 10:30 AM

I'm sprung to life today since I actually got some sleep last night! It's great!

Angelo, I actually went out and grabbed some gas last night just so it was there for the ride back and so I didn't have to make any extra stops when the car was done.

ASIAN JUL 09-03-2009 10:36 AM

Hi :)

That's cool, thank you. Once i see the gas guage go below a 1/4 tank i get paranoid. I would hate having you run out of gas and then scramble to get some fuel.

I was laughing when you texted that you were eating and not driving. You are a good man, cause i would have been speeding, texting, and smoking a cigarette if i had a chance to drive a car that i normally don't drive.

Oakes 09-03-2009 10:38 AM

hahaha, I used to be an exotic vehicle delivery driver and the last thing I'd want is the customer to hear/think that I was doing 180 down the turnpike while talking on the phone drinking a coffee lol. The car is MINT btw, I love it. The first stock STi I've ever driven haha, all the other ones were very much not stock

DPancoast 09-03-2009 10:40 AM

Well my clutch master will be here tomorrow. Now I just gotta put it in. Hopefully Sunday.

angdefeo 09-03-2009 10:42 AM

I would have lasted a week at that job. The temptation to speed would have gotten the best of me every time.

Do you think your going to take pictures of the car for your site?

Snoozie 09-03-2009 10:44 AM

So, is anyone else going to Oktoberfest this weekend?

Elliott18t 09-03-2009 10:46 AM

hmmm where? sounds good.

haha, I wish I still worked there but the dealership changed ownership and all the staff was released. I did have some fun with a few Ferraris and a Gallardo

Yeah, I'll be taking pics, is that cool? I typically clear it with the owner of the car before I post them. I also take the license plate off so it's not in the pics and so that I can clean behind it
