I'm eating a huge ass bag of Fritos Twisted Honey BBQ. So tasty. And also bored at work. Thinking about glueing them together and making a mini burning man lol

It was the one with the 430. Its was the red and silver.

My grandparents have a 360 Sypder Modena and I wasn't all that impressed. My GTO can take it but I heard the 430 was a huge upgrade on the 360.

I'm goin to look at a house tomorrow :)
Needs some fixing up/finishing, most likely going to be too much work/money required after purchase for me to pull off, but its worth a look regardless. Sneak peek...

Thinking about occupying everything you see in the 2nd pic, and renting what you see in the first, I dunnoz. Def need to rent at least a couple rooms out one way or another though to make it work.

exterior looks pretty nice, where is this located?

TROLL 09-02-2009 01:44 PM

Its in Newtown, PA. Really nice area and the house is seemingly underpriced, but after reading the sellers disclosure there are some potentially expensive repairs that need to be done and some things from a renovation that were never finished.
I have been keeping an eye out for a situation where I can find somewhere nice to live as well as renting part out, so this house/loft thing would work out awesome for that.
Interior pics seem super nice too but I didn't want to come off as a douchebag and for some reason I felt like I would if I posted too many nice pics. Maybe I'm just nuts though...

ASIAN JUL 09-02-2009 01:47 PM

looking at cars.....omnomnom

Elliott18t 09-02-2009 01:48 PM

I dont think its douchey... lol

I like houses/house renovation so im curious haha. Dad does real estate part time and has about 6 rentals. I cant wait to afford a place by myself, hopefully move out with someone soon at least.

My clutch is adjusted to stock spec now (done by the shop today after vac bleeding). It's an engaugement issue. Hopefully my trans doesn't fall apart before I can figure out the problem.

It helped on upshifting but downshifting is non existant and makes me want to kill myself... even when I'm stopped I have trouble putting it into gear. Who knows. The pushrod is definatly not in good condition so I'm going to try that first.

got out of work early, relaxing now before I run my buddy to the airport and pick up a car

ASIAN JUL 09-02-2009 01:56 PM

Dealer asking 11k for a car that's worth ~15k on KBB..hmmmm

Oakes 09-02-2009 01:58 PM

What car and dealer?

lownslow95 09-02-2009 01:58 PM

What kind of car?

ASIAN JUL 09-02-2009 02:00 PM

Masano Mazda is teh dealer.

Snoozie 09-02-2009 02:02 PM

Posting that house reminded me of this house I want, really bad. It's about 10 mins. down Almshouse Rd from us. It's totally gutted and needs some serious lovin'. I kinda brushed it off and never looked into it b/c I figured it was a lot of money. Just looked it up and it's only $189k. For that area, that is a seriously good deal, but alas, it does need a total overhaul.

Do yourself a favor and buy a proper import car for once so that you can finally have reliable transportation!

It's an Acura.

HickRocket1258 09-02-2009 02:34 PM

Is that after $3k trade in value JULZ?

TROLL not a bad house, but you have to look at the costs of repairs. What are some of the repairs you'd have to make?

There's a hosue my buddy and I found that was $120k with damn, but basically you had to tear down the house and build a house on the land. Landscaping was also horrible as well. You would of basically spent $400k after everything.
