DPancoast 08-23-2009 10:41 AM

man, I didn't go to bed until like 3... and I was up at 9 because my dads friends stupid dog was barking and whining because they left...

ugh.

sherwood 08-23-2009 10:48 AM

that always sucks...my dog is still sleeping right next to me haha he's dead to the world until i get out of bed ha.

Oakes 08-23-2009 10:49 AM

If my dog slept in the same bed as me, I'd die. She used to when she was younger but didn't realize how big she was, I'd wake up to my legs being asleep a few times.

DPancoast 08-23-2009 11:09 AM

my dog is awesome. She'll sleep and lay in my bed forever. She doesn't even make noise when any of us leave (she used to but I guess has gotten used to it). But this dog, god bless her (she's 14+) just doesn't shut up sometimes and I feel bad but at the same time it's like, I'm tryin to sleep!

Grumble. Rear control arm bolts on my car are bastards. I wonder if a big high dollar impact wrench will take care of them. I know my $30 craftsman isn't even as good as me with a breaker bar ;) With herculean strength I can move the nut but the bolt moves with it and I can't get a wrench to stay on the bolt side to hold it so all I'm doing is spinning it. On the plus side I broke every other bolt in the subframe loose so it's basically ready to drop... Then I can start burning out the 13 bushings in the subframe and replace all the ball joints. The odd thing is that 90% of the stuff still looks perfect if a little soft. After 200,000 miles.... But I'm replacing everything... Parts are too cheap not to.

Oakes 08-23-2009 11:20 AM

Sounds like a blast....

DPancoast 08-23-2009 11:21 AM

sorry about last night Mark. Just kinda fell asleep... then woke up really late... then fell asleep

haha

glad to see you are making progress.

I just handed my Dad a check for $2000 to pay off the money he loaned me for the Talon two years ago, and it feels awesome.

How's everyone feeling?

nice... i've got to do the same thing in a month for a small loan from my dad to cover the difference between the credit union loan and the final out the door price of the mustang.

its a nice feeling being able to take care of personal debts like these for sure
