Mine did haha, sounds like a typical barn find but an old lady owned it. It was a 93 with only 64k on it and garaged most of its life. Car was perfect, non-cracked dash, never repainted and everything was jsut perfect on it. Then my bro hit a pole. So I got it fixed, then I 50/50 board slid a guard rail and she has been resting in peace ever since.

A citrus based cleaner, or an APC cleaner much like P21S Total Auto wash or Gel Wheel cleaner, spray it. let it sit for a little, agitate it with a brush and then rinse. Should do the trick, if not, repeat.
