where B's mom lives....omg. You can get houses there for like $100,000 that would cost $200,000 around here.

DPancoast 08-13-2009 10:22 AM

There's some places around my way that are like $650-700/month with heat or little **** included. I wouldn't need much honestly. A 1 bedroom w/ a nice living room for a decent couch and a chair or 2... and a tolerable kitchen for when I feel like making pasta or cookies lol. Plus a bathroom that's not 2 feet wide. Hopefully a closet for Michelles shopping mall of clothes

Also Julz, def worth it if the weather cooperates. I'm keeping an eye on the weather... I'll let you know if I decide we are going or not.

Oh yeah and you know when you're poopin and it burns because of the Chinese food you ate last night but when a big dookie plops in and the cool water splashes your butthole? Ahhhhhh lol

sherwood 08-13-2009 10:23 AM

we call my house the club house because friends are over all the time but everyone gets in on cleaning and ****..its awesome im a clean freak so i hate when ****s left around but it never happens here. i love all the friends that come over since we bassicly have all the same friends and its always a good time. i just like having somewhere that my friends can still come over and hang out and not be all crowded in one room...o yea i got 9 milli to! he holds down the fort during the day haha.

ASIAN JUL 08-13-2009 10:24 AM

$80K for a 3 bed, 1 bath on a quarter of an acre of property. wtf

ASIAN JUL 08-13-2009 10:25 AM

dpan I think that was me that asked if it was worth it....... lol

grimm 08-13-2009 10:28 AM

renting sucks... if you have decent credit and have the money for the down payment and all the up front costs of owning a home, it should only be a a couple hundred more a month, unless you go and buy a house that is well beyond your financial means. My last rent was $1300 a month and i get nothing in the end, my mortgage is $1750 and i will own it. There are also a lot of perks the gov is handing out to new home owners. well worth taking advantage of before it runs out.

HickRocket1258 08-13-2009 10:28 AM

Right now I'm looking at houses around the low $200k range with about an acre of land. I need the privacy because I'm used to it with my parents on a couple acres. Plus room for all the **** I'll have around the house.

CHAOS 08-13-2009 10:44 AM

lol i have standards... places that costs that little just suck.

phate1229 08-13-2009 10:49 AM

heh I'm about to go get a place today, 1600 3 bedroom townhouse 1 car garage with a deck.

lol uhhhhhh, that's what I said? (totally changed it)

it's worth it

I'm just paying off all the debt I can right now while only paying rent. Once it's all settled I'd like to move out. The time will come and then a new puppy can be bought lol. But we'll see. Having a quiet backyard and my own spot in a secure driveway sure is nice.

My old appartment before I got the house was $690 a month. We had sentral heat/air, dishwaher, washer and dryer, 18' cealings. Hardwood in the kitchen, full size bath, and I mean full size, temp controled storage. I loved it.
