HAH the whine is caused by the additional porting/smoothing I did by hand...by sharpening the edges of the Idle Air Control valve it whistles when air goes through it....at least thats how it was explained.

All went well yesterday. Closing 2 this morning, then going to Bonehead's new shop to prep the floors for paint. 15 gallons of muriatic acid. COOL!
