A 100 rnd box of .45 is the only gun-related purchase I've made since the spring valley forge show.

I'm in the same boat :(

my safes are stacked, there isn't anything else I feel the need to add unless it's a transferable M134

I haven't been to the range in about 2 months and actually had a conversation with a local collector about buying a lot of my full-auto stuff just because I have a lot of capital tied up in things I do not use.

I love owning fully automatic weapons as a last Oorah for the 2nd amendment but I have interests elsewhere I could invest my money

So of the 2 hand downs I knew the baur .25acp did not work...my Grandfather did not know what was wrong and said my cousin could not figure it out

I actually had some time last night to field strip and investigate and noticed immediately that the firing pin was broke.. So I sourced the parts and ordered all new springs and a firing pin

The Astra FireCat 200 looked to be in excellent condition and after the cleaning of it's life should be good to go for Fridays trip to the range

The value of these guns is quite surprising, especially the Astra being in like new condition

The Baur (baby browning) is stainless and has light scratches on the slide but not as bad as you would expect from a carried pistol from the early 70s ha

Just got my Rem 20guage the past Christmas. Like to go claybirding every now and then. Me and my two friends hit up the range in Archbald, PA once in a while with the pistols too.

I ordered a Beavertail grip extension for my G19 gen 4 and was looking at a few other small mods. Mag well perhaps, but more curious about sights, I don't find the factory Glock ones comfortable, what are good ones? I am looking at Trijicon, TruGlow, and Meprolight. I'd like ones with tritium in them, if they are fiber optic as well that's a huge plus. Like the look of the Ghost-Ring rear but would want to try it first.

Hrm...trade my XDm-9 3.8" for Glock 26?? Hrm...

Check out Heine, Novak, and 10-8 Performance. They all make great sights.

Personally I can't stand using the "3 across" style sights. The first thing I did when I got my M&P is take a Sharpie to the rear sight to black-out the white dots. I shot an M&P VTAK with the nightsights/fiber optic combo sights and I thought it was incredibly distracting.

I have the trijicon night sights on my glock 23. I like em. Still glow pretty good and I have owned my glock for 11 years now.

Triji's are the only way to go for nite sites. I may have a set laying around somewhere alex.

Are they for a Glock 19

I am on the fence about it, just that it will be 1/2 the capacity of the XDm... but I will want something smaller in the future as a carry piece. With that said, I'm pretty sure I should just hold out and buy a 26 and have both

Although, neither are going to be anywhere near small enough to conceal on my body... :(

Have you shot the glock? I'm firmly in the XD camp and find the grip angle on glocks to be absolutely horrible.

Is it even that much smaller to make a difference? If you wont really be able to conceal either I'd just keep the XD and save up for something like an LC9.

You should come shooting at the farm. :)
