Sorry – Tammy must print the meds and if they don’t get sorted until the email is received from the NE region, then they just don’t get sorted until the final okay is received. In any event, she must print all meds at this time in preparation for what’s coming next. As I stated before, we are doing this for a reason.

I think it will be easier if I print my own meds from the NE box. There is just too much confusion.

From Sue not wanting us to open cases until they send us that final email after and meds being printed and noted to be open when they arent ready by Tammy.

Then meds being printed my Tammy and a post-it with a note saying no RFS yet the RFS is checked in the mailbox but put printed. Plus just from looking at the attachments for 10 seconds I can tell this isn't even all the meds.

I didn't understand one bit of that e-mail.
