for you guys that own ar15 i just picked up a sweet new trigger set up, the geissele super three gun(s3g). its for a ar15 im in the middle of building, i mainly pick this trigger because its very easy to do double taps and rapid fire. if you check out their vids they have on the net it looks like its shooting full auto. i have everything i need except the upper, which will be a spikes upper 5 inch barrel with a handguard longer then the barrel, i plan on running it with my new suppressor so that when the suppressor is on it only sticks out the handguard a few inches. another nice fact about geissele is they are a local shop, located in norristown. gotta support the local guys. i may even buy a few more to throw into a few other ar15s laying around the house.

Was in a changing room that had no bench and walls that didn't reach the floor, so I had to come up with a creative place to put the gun so that everybody else in the store didn't it when my pants were on the ground. haha |

Am I the only one seeing this?
Brian, its not loaded like that is it? What if you go to pull that off there and bump the trigger? |
XDM's have three safeties and can not be fired unless the gun is held in a shooting position.

Geez man, I really don't like the looks of that. What I always do in a changing room is first unbuckle while keeping the gun/holster secure, get my jeans past my hips, then rebuckle my belt in one of the fat guy holes at the end. Then I can take off my pants one leg at a time while holding the holster/gun/belt at the waist and keeping it off the floor. Then I take the entire contraption and hang a belt loop near the holster on a hook. Every time you handle your gun is a chance for an ND. I just think it's a bad idea to be unholstering and reholstering a loaded gun in a public place unless there's a damn good reason to. As for hanging your gun by the trigger guard with a round in the chamber and thinking the passive safeties will keep you from having an accident... :jawdrop: I could easily see a scenario in which, during your trying on of clothes, you bump the gun upwards with your shoulder/head, arm, etc under the grip, pushing in the grip safety while simultaneously pushing the trigger into the hook... Please, for the love of God man, leave the gun in it's holster unless it's either being inspected before you leave/return home or you're drawing it on a threat. |

So I take it you're still not carrying with a round in the chamber? Or did you actually clear the gun in the dressing room? |
