Let me tell you I ****ing hate Pepboys. They are lucky they are the closest parts distributor around here, but I might just start overpaying at the dealerships.

PepBoys sucks. Phate1229 went there for an oil change and alignment....left with a boost leak...a nasty one at that.

Unfortunately guys it was not for my mustang, it was for my monte carlo. Here's my rant though that I posted on another forum.

Now I have a feeling I'm right on what I'm about to say but correct me if I'm wrong. I got a new alternator for my monte carlo no more than 2 weeks ago. It's been making a lot of noise off and on like it's the bearings in it. I don't want to be stuck with an alternator that's going to break on me within a couple weeks. Anyways I go to try and exchange it at the one I used to work at years ago and I'm telling them what I told you all. They didn't hear the noise when they went to go test it. The parts manager tells me (who was in a total bitch mood so he decided to act like that towards me which got me heated as well) the bearings make noise at first on a new alternator. I'm like you gotta be f'ucking kidding me to myself. Not for over a week. Anyways I'm like whatever. I wanted to return some plugs that I didn't end up using. Dbag tells me that only 1 of the 3 I was returning were returnable. He says 2 of them were used. I'm like you are **** kidding me. Luckily I had connections there and they took 3 back once the DBAG parts manager left.

Sorry for the long rant but just because you are in a bitchy mood doesn't mean that's how you are supposed to conduct business with customers. Even my gf who was with me said what an asshole, even though she had no idea about the car parts or anything.
