My man pays for meals, but so do I. He said his ex NEVER paid for ONE meal for the 11 months they went out. GOLD DIGGING WHOREEEEEEEEEEE. She moved on to a guy in the navy or something, someone else with $$$. HA what a waste.

i feel bad letting my date pay.. well maybe at first. lol. :o idk, i usually pay :(

I will admit, my parents have money, but no one ever knows because I don't gloat(?) about it. I like to keep that **** on downlow. Girls see your parents have money, they think you have money. So not the truth.

I hate drama as well. That is where the maturity factor comes into play for me as well. My girlfriend has gotten pissed once at my because I was texting a girl, but it was over sponsorship oppurtunities for me next year with racing. She got pissed, I yelled at her and was telling her what's going on even though she knew what was up, then she was sorry about it all. We don't argue at all except twice in 6 months, that got settled quick.

Anyway, I've had the "gold digger" chicks too, I for some reason was dubbed the rich kid at my high school cause I had nice cars for my age and lived in West Chester (which was the biggest reason anyone there thought I was rich, beats me) However, I've dealt with enough girls to separate them and see which ones are worth my time.

I was always dubbed as the rich kid. I went to a private school in New Orleans and I was considered a rich kid. I lived in a gated community with a nice house but I had my Accord then. Here I live in a big house and drive a nice car where as everyone else around here lives in houses that their grandparents built.

first date with this chick ran me $70ish, she tried to give me some money and i told her just get the next one. And she did... that to me is awesome. then we rolled around on her parents couch b/c she was house sitting for them while they were at the beach.

it was kinda funny... just like highschool

HickRocket1258 07-27-2009 03:42 PM

I let my girlfriend pay when she wants to. **** she makes twice the amount I do yet I still pay for more than she does. It's those little things that count as girls say.

It's nice to have a meaningful conversation on TST and not have it get completely jacked in a way.

I will say that when I first moved down here and went to school people thought I was some rich spoiled ass. Then after a week or so bunch of skanky girls wanted to get with me because I was the only kid in school who had a BMW. I could have had a lot of girls through out the year I went there, but I hate girls that only want a guy for money so no.

Just put it in their respective poopers. All is fair then.

Same boat here man. My parents have money, my family never had real problems with money. My parents don't spoil me with money. Everything I have I worked for it one way or another. I don't have a TV or any type of game consol in my room like most kids my age would or do.

LOL well yeah, she's definitely awesome for even offering. Some girls I know just expect the guy to pay. I don't mind paying at all. Me and the bf go back and forth most of the time. He likes taking me out... so when it's his idea, he usually pays... though I always offer to help :)

Haha yeah but at the beginning of the year I was kind of depressed. I moved during my senior year in high school, so I had to pretty much start life all over again.

Scapegoat 07-27-2009 03:45 PM

i want a girl that can take of herself. I love treating, but it says a lot to me if a chick is willing to plop down $80 on some drinks and food on the second date.

I hear ya on that. My gf is a nurse, so it's natural for her to take care of others.

And Russian my parents have paid for a decent amount of things but now that I'm getting older it's time for me to take care of it. I just never raelly say that they pay for this and that and yada yada.

crazyduckme 07-27-2009 03:49 PM

Me and the bf go out on Friday nights in Lancaster with a bunch of people... and I blew $110 on Brandon and his friends. He was shocked that I did that. HAHA. I'm just nice sometimes :)

crazyduckme 07-27-2009 03:51 PM

Haha! Sure thing! I like buying people drinks... and I seem to do it more when I'm intoxicated! :)

Oakes 07-27-2009 03:52 PM

Ive had girls offer and insist on paying, and its awesome. Theres one girl i was dating, we'd just take turns basically and what not and get random treats during the week.

My parents...well, its a strange situation but my dad makes more than 500k a year and my mom is dating a guy who makes upwards of a million a year. Before the split, we were never strapped for cash or anything to say the least, but there are 5 kids and my cousin that lives with us. One of my brothers is completely on his own now though. However, in knowing me like some of you do, you wouldn't immediately think I'm from a well off family and I do own/pay for my own car. My parents helped me on the last one, but this one is all me.

It helps dating girls from wealthy families too

LOLOLOL. how adorable.

But wow, kinda blown away by those numbers. My parents make a lot, but not nearly as much as Nick's dad (and that's COMBINING my parents). Damn.

Oakes 07-27-2009 03:58 PM

Yeah...he's worked his ass off his entire life to get where he is now and he has companies competing for him at this point in THIS market. He basically writes his own checks.

Scapegoat 07-27-2009 03:58 PM

i want to be there by the time i'm 30... millionaire by 35.
