That's basically what I'm at. I work full time hours without the benefits and all. Within the next month or so should be hired to full time full time as I say haha. But I have another offer lined up in mid August if things don't work out here. Although this company keeps growing and making more money.

Oh and Russian, what part of Oxford you in? I'm looking at houses out there at some point next year possibly.

well we are still at a freeze for hiring, but they seem happy with my work so I would like to stay and seems they will keep me. CROs tend to pay well and they are pretty laid back too. I like working here.. just wish I could get more benefits/money, besides the 401k i somehow get lol.

I am in Lincoln University, but its basically Oxford. Let me know when you're up here. Its a really quiet place with nice roads, but it sucks if you want to go to any car meets.

Mmmm lunchtime already?! Glad Fridays mean my department does delicious things for lunch. Today: going out for most likely a 2 hour lunch at the Iron Abbey. Bar for lunch = yum.

Yeah I noticed it was out there but is only about 40 minutes from where I live now. I kind of want to stay somewhat close to my parents. The land and the houses are perfect for what I have going for me next year.
