proud new owner of a xd-40 subcompact. I got a super good deal on it. $460 including tax, brand new with 3 mags, holster and case.

^^Awesome sounds like a good deal to me, shoot it yet? wonder how that .40 is in the subcompact...I shot Brian's XD .40 and Rodder's .45 (i think) both felt good

not yet. I'm going to take it to the range this weekend and I'll let you know. It came with the mag extensions that makes the grip still feel like a full size.

All the XD gear that comes with the gun new, a desantis IWB holster, 100rnd box of winchester white, 25rnd jhp. Guy said he was moving onto other types of guns and didn't like how it felt so he was selling cheap just to move on. The funny thing is that it was listed for nearly 2 months before I found it for my buddy. He started his price at $425 and then just kept dropping it every week. I couldn't believe the price when I saw it. I thought it was a scam at first. :bigeek:

I finally installed the tactical charging handle latch I bought at the VF show on my AR the other night and gave the rest of my collection a nice thorough cleaning/oiling.

Sorry, that's all I got. Actually SHOOTING the guns is too expensive so I just install the parts and admire them. It's kinda like hard-parking, but for guns. :lol:

lol honestly not really. I shot at rodder's friend's farm a few weeks ago and that was it. I've got a lot of other sh** going on lately so I don't really have time or money to be shooting.

I haven't had any time off to shoot. I worked 4 shifts in 2days :bigeek:.
