Ah for some reason I thought you had a swap into an NA ecu and needed the SAFC to safely boost at all. Well cool now you can even play a bit at least ;)

If I just sit on my ass and eat I will gain weight. Otherwise, I stay the same weight...but I can drop it if I try.

ASIAN JUL 07-21-2009 01:04 AM

lately I feel like if I look at food I gain a pound. I wanna get a treadmill at home cause I'm too self conscious to work out at a gym.

3rdGenMr2Girl 07-21-2009 01:09 AM

^ go to planet fitness. 20 bucks a month and it's not really a "meathead" type gym. i go there 4-5 days a week.

TROLL 07-21-2009 01:09 AM

The gym is intimidating to everyone at first, but you soon realize that everyone is there to work on something and everyone is just focused on what they're doing while they're there. You just go in, do your thing, and take off. Its all about being comfortable in your surroundings which is why I hate switching gyms but after a week or two of going to the same place, it just feels natural and normal, and you focus on what you gotta do.

Give it a shot... if there's a Planet Fitness near you they've got a sweet promo going on right now for $99 for a frickin year, but act quick cause it expires July 23rd... just a few days away. I'd definitely recommend joining a gym and working it into your daily routine, its much easier for me to stay consistent and motivated that way vs. working out at home.

russiankid 07-21-2009 01:16 AM

I used to go to the gym at my high school. Now I graduated so I will try to go to the gym at my college. When I first started going I was really focused on becoming strong. Took me about a year to do that and I still want to get stronger but I need to focus on other areas of the body. I don't think benching 200+lbs is going to benefit me in many areas.

3rdGenMr2Girl 07-21-2009 01:20 AM

i'll work out with ya! lol i hate it, going with someone semi motivates me.

russiankid 07-21-2009 01:21 AM

With who?

ASIAN JUL 07-21-2009 01:25 AM

I want to invest in some ....supportive bras if I'm gonna be running lol.

russiankid 07-21-2009 01:27 AM

I don't think anyone will complain.

ASIAN JUL 07-21-2009 01:29 AM

russiankid 07-21-2009 01:31 AM

Just peaking the truth.

ASIAN JUL 07-21-2009 01:35 AM

Peaking the truth, eh? How's that working out for ya?

russiankid 07-21-2009 01:35 AM

Gonna go ahead and do that. Night.

abrok99 07-21-2009 01:40 AM

Oakes 07-21-2009 02:32 AM

I'm going back tomorrow. Game on.

Scapegoat 07-21-2009 05:43 AM

i love the gym.

and troll lies... people check other people out all the time at the gym, but its really no different than walking through the mall and looking at someone. no one cares what you're actually doing though

Erik 07-21-2009 07:04 AM

i started going, but then my work schedule got butt sexed. now i close, then open so i go home and go right to bed. I enjoyed going to the gym but i ended up over working myself. i get caught up and find myself working out for hours.

no sir! stock us turbo model :). boost will be good in moderation. I plan to do 10lbs for an oil change, 12 lbs, oil change, 14 lbs and check if I need a tune... oil change and then get a tune for 16 lbs and some fun. All with compression checks at each change.

Michelle and I were going to the gym before my car blew up and the rebuild was put in my hands along with everyone else who helped. Hopefully we start going back soon.

In other news... it's funny how the one lady at my work is sick as a dog, yet she's still allowed to come in. This is when i come in with a small cold and my "boss" tells me to go home because she doesn't want to get everyone sick... with no pay, yet this lady can walk around coughing and **** no problem.

Anyway. In. I hate being up early and can't wait to get paid this week. I'm also excited for Hells Kitchen tonight

Erik 07-21-2009 07:17 AM

lol at hells kitchen. i personally cant stand TV now-a-days. i wish i was back to the time when rugrats and keanen&kel was the **** on TV. Im out. gotta go to work where i lack interweb access
