Epic call from my co-worker at her desk while talking to her friend. My dr. prescribed me Lunesta(a sleep aid) and he is complaining that it doesn't work and that the dr is just trying to get money out of her. But, she was like yea, I do the same thing each night. Eat food, watch TV, smoke, then go to bed. Isn't smoking a stimulant and counter productive to sleeping. I would even bet she is dumb enough to drink something with caffeine in it too.
Really, you cant figure out why you cant sleep while your pumping yourself full of stimulants and probally sugary drink?
