So you work at benz and have a bmw sitting there - yeah, logic sounds right for Mercedes.

Mclaren Mercedes SLR probably, you know $450,000 supercar.

When was your start date? I see your birthday is 6-25 so that means you didnt start until the earliest of july, which was 4 months ago. Which makes you 5 classes deep depending if you started july 1st. Mstat programs won't even look at you that early. So don't even try to bull**** me. So unless you want to give proof you work at mb, anything of the sort im calling :bs: on you. Since we already know mstat is out of the question.

well? you seeemed to avoid this last night.

u rub? wtf?

smelly240 12-06-2006 09:33 PM

i got GAME -- LOL @ Mr MB MSAT (not stat btw)

UTI is what u get out of it - most people screw off - and then talk **** like they know something, when in fact they dont really have hte car they claim to have 5 hours away at home bc they cant afford gas or insurance to bring it up here to school. Know how many kids at UTI claim to have 10 second cars at home - that they built themselves...

its no wonder we dont believe you Mr Cool Guy

I completely agree, its the same way here at WyoTech... And kids that take the class and screw around are what gives the schools bad names. However, I have talked to a few people that checked out UTI and said that their professionalism (body grooming, dress code, maturity) is not as great as that of WyoTechs...

I was orriginally looking at UTI but I wanted to do Auto Body work and Interior work and the only campus that offered it was in Texas so I decided for WyoTech and Im only 3 hours from home...

The professionalism BS got completely out of hand in exton - the hall pass **** was soooo gay. Im glad i finished when i did bc its just getting worse. They fired Rhoades and that was gay... Lewis knows the political ****stink that place turned into

I did like th efact i got discounts for certain things like tools, and certs and licensing for inp and emissions... but aside from that - its an expensive daycare for most people - and a refresher course for the few that have background - but for some it's right on for what they need. And MSATs are a good thing over there - VW is hard as balls tho - my boys (5 very close friends) are in that program now and the courses are very difficult and 4 of them are extraordinary with a wrench and 3 of em can diag like crazy good too. they've all failed at least one test - u fail 3 and ur gone.

BTW - I like your focus ::: but lower that thing - get narrower tires for the wheels and they wont rub. Thats what i'd do

I had to pull for 235/40 on 17x9 +20s

I graduated before that hall pass **** started. It was still kinda laid back when I was there. And yes must of the students there talk a load of ****, its very obvious. For example there was a kid in undercar one day when I was in diag and we were in the shop. A few of my friends said he was trying to talk his **** up saying he had a b16b in his delsol, my buddy devin told me to put him in his place so I went over and started asking him questions and why the block said b16a and what not. I got to the point were I asked him what cams he had to be able to rev to his alledged 9,500rpm and he said stage 3. So I asked him what the lift and duration was on them and he couldnt answer me nor could he answer what he did to upgrade his valvetrain to be able to support revs that high, he ended up getting upset and almost in tears and asked me to "stop making him look dumb". Then he said "look i only brought the car here today because i was late and had to get here FAST" whatever.

I couldn't deal with some of the kids i had to work with. I was always picked to be leader of our lab groups because everyone knew I would get all the work done and then talk me into letting them copy. That drove me crazy because it was always a fight to get my lab papers from me. I could go on and on about why that school sucks.

That ain't a supercar. Supercars don't have automatics :)

Just remember, when mclaren wanted to build their car... they came to BMW for the powerplant :) Nuff said.

I'll agree to that, I was being generous in giving it the supercar title.
