So i guess ill update this. Walls were just covering **** up, so we decided to take down the ghetto ass paneling and put up drywall. Electric baseboard heaters will be installed soon, then well finish the drywall and move from there.

We ran into issues with the furnace. We fixed it, put the rads back in, turned them on, and the main one started spraying everywhere. And we found out it was an oil furnace, so we checked for the tanks...there underground, and its FILLED with water. So we scraping that, and going with electric baseboard heaters which my buddy who worked with a few custom shops, has said to work. So well be going with that.

EklipzGSXkid 12-14-2009 01:25 PM

Congrats, Looks like a very nice garage. Should start up a ''post pics of your garage thread", I have plenty of mine aswell.

Do you need to cover all the costs of renovations yourself, Being you all are just renting? How much are you all paying for rent? (Just curious, Different areas/Different prices).

Should come along nice, And I'm sure you have or are covering the legal side of everything (business lisence, lawyer, accountant, insurance, ETC) !

Goodluck, Can't wait to see pics when it's finished.

Willdue 12-14-2009 02:27 PM

Yep, def getting all the legal goodies. Renovations are being covered by us, as we agreed to cover the renovations in order to have or deposit waived.

Is this the thing that you were talking about getting a loan for awhile ago? Good luck with it during these tough times.

Hick...Huh?

Canibal, stop in sometime!

HickRocket1258 12-15-2009 10:36 AM

Maybe I was thinking of someone else on this board. It might of been someone else asking about some kind of loan to start a business with friends. My bad. Good luck.

Willdue 12-15-2009 10:37 AM

oh, no that was me. But we didt take a loan out.
