I got screwed out $120 by YARDMAN for 3 auto meter gauges... I paid Feb 7th and was told he would ship them within a few days. Asked for updates multiple times and got ran around each time. Got fed up, but it was to late and PayPal wouldn't do anything about it. I threatened to file papers against him and he apologized and said he had been in the hospital for bronchitis or some **** and that he had his fiance ship them out but she gave them to her sister to ship out or some ****.

So its 3 months later and I'm out $120 and without gauges and planning for upgrades that would use 2 of the 3...


I know how you feel man. It sucks. DO NOT WAIT, file everything with PayPal and they will take care of it, don't wait to long like I did and get screwed out of your money / parts.

I opened a dispute last night in paypal.

Doesn't PAYPAL show his first name? Use that, goto ANYWHO.com type in Last name and Town hes from, gives you home phone if he has one and address, VOILA!

i will talk to mark. ive had places make me wait over a month for parts. its not that big of a deal. just because your getting these part from another person you want them NOW. chill out! i waited over a month for parts for my GSXR. i bought a tail light kit a waited over a month for it. when i called they said they dont even make them yet, i was gonna have to wait another 2 weeks.

Well if they don't make them then that is logical. But if its there/in stock, and you have paid, there is NO EXCUSE. Good business is good business no matter how you slice it.

If he said he is going to ship it out tomorrow, and then doesn't for 2+ weeks.. don't you find that weird? And then keeps up making excuses that it shipped and it is UPS' fault.. etc etc. This has NOTHING in relation to a company that doesn't have a part, or doesn't give you a part right away. This is about some jack off who ripped off someone on our boards, and is getting away with it.

I understand what you're saying man, but really this is a different situation than that. If I post a used GSXR taillight kit on here in the For Sale section with pictures, description, etc. for $150, located about an hour away from you and you pay me, wouldn't you want them within 2 weeks? Wouldn't you be asking why I am not returning to the board or answering phone calls, PM's and e-mails?

Exactly my point.... they don't seem to understand the situation, because they're not in it.

He just refunded me the money in Paypal, so this thread is done... I will be sure not to buy on a message board again though :(

I suck Paypal sucks UPS sucks, ebay sucks message boards like this suck and people with stupid cars suck. We all suck. Sorry about all the confusion. its hard to call people back when you have a stupid sidekick 3 like me and team mobile sucks. And its not my fault that UPS sucks ass and when I get **** figured out and tell them to ship it they end up shipping it back to me. Oh and the first week my internet was down. So I figured it was just way easier to refund the money cause you didnt want to wait 2 more days. PS i think I still owe you like 5 bucks. but any way everything is settled Im not a dead beat seller just had a rash of bad luck with this one.

You have atleast 5 friends on here who could have told me what was going on... and you really can't blame your phone, verizon, UPS, paypal... you are telling me that all phones/computers/shipping services came to a screeching halt after I paid you? I would have been willing to wait 2 more days, but how was I supposed to know 2 days wasn't going to turn into another 2 weeks.... your fridge went a degree too cold, you dropped a shipping label down a sewer drain, the dog ate the wideband... I am not pissed or anything I just need a wideband that's all..lol I ordered one today from a shop, I guess we'll see if they can get it to me within 2 weeks...
