awdlaserbeam 05-13-2006 03:05 AM

we went to champs...and most of us left cause of the increasing burnout/stupidity rate...

olmytsi 05-13-2006 09:48 AM

The burnouts will just get you guys kicked out/banned so yeah, no idea why the idiots driving the charcoal evo 9, the lambo and the 350z were doing it. I enjoyed watching tho :)

awdlaserbeam 05-13-2006 12:59 PM

You should bring some eggs. Everytime someone does a burnout you drill their car.

SpendOne 05-13-2006 01:18 PM

The burnouts/donuts/attempts to do donuts was they ghey! People need to grow the fug up!

sleeperstyle 05-13-2006 01:31 PM

i think the donuts and the burnouts were the highlight of the meet. other than that i saw rich kids from highschool driving m3's and s4's(a few brought out their dad's), porsches, brand new evo's and subarus etc. also the token hondas buzzing around making alot of noise and not going anywhere.

these kids couldn't have been more than 16 or 17 judging by the amount of them that asked me if i could buy them a pack of cigarettes. i told them no because i don't support tobacco sales to minors.

then 10:00 hits and the sound of car alarms dis-arming. then nobody. sweet.....

all this crazy showing off is just going to get someone hurt. the guy in the gray evo mr looked like he was about to loose control and hit the parked cars. then at one point i saw like 6 cars lined up for a fast and furious drag race? wtf was that?

seriously....to the grey mr...learn how to drive your car b4 you try dumb **** and look like a real idiot doin it

US_R33 05-13-2006 03:45 PM

the core group are with Milla Racing (including myself) and we don't participate in the antics that go on in the parking lot......please don't stay away from the meets b/c of some dumb kids :screwy:

as for the kids in the Audis and STis and Evos....personally, if their parents want to waste their money on brand new expensive cars for the kids who are still in high school then that's their problem.....we all know there are 2 types of new drivers....those who have crashed and those who are about to crash.........all i know is that when i have kids they'll know how to appreciate money and they'll get a nice POS just like i did for my first car

anyway back on topic......the reason the meet ends at 10:00 is b/c the Milla Racing group heads over to Champs for a while.....i guess everybody else just figures they should clear out then too

yea little G and i left after my friend vic attempeted to do donuts.. idk i guess the 350z tempted him.. idk.. but yea we left jsut to say whats up to some people see a few cars then headed back to west chester.. it was a good turn out from what i saw (my first time being down to that meet) so yea i definatly plan on beeing out there more often

sechsgang 05-13-2006 08:21 PM

you guys didnt see any rich kids bragging or burning out though did you?

Just because some of us are lucky, and yes lucky, doesnt meet we dont know as much or arent as enthusiastic about cars as you. Some of us (yes, there are many who dont), actually realize what we have, how lucky we are, and that we are really fortunate. But my M wasnt my first car. I had a 325ci. Price aside, and yes I appreciated that aswell, the 325 is a great beginners car and i loved driving it. Im just fortunate enough to have parents who support my PASSION/OBSCESSION (i would say that driving/talking/arguing about cars maybe a realistic 4-5 hrs a day, visiting nearly ever dealership in the vicinity, going to as many autox, track events, and car shows as possible would count as a obscession) and actually can let me live my dream at a young age.

I realize that some kids are dousches and just go to these things to brag about thier cars, but many, especially most of the Millaracing people, are just as enthusiastic as you are and want to be with other enthusiasts. (however...the kid with the s4 is a bit stuck up...ill admit...but comon...)

The real losers are the ones to go to these events and try to show off with stupid stunts that can only result in someone getting hurt. That is what we should be trying to get rid of.

TROLL 05-13-2006 10:35 PM

:iagree:

it seems everyone is in agreement that we want a well behaved group here so lets just all work to make sure thats the way these meets stay.
next friday is my bday so hopefully i wont be in any condition to drive, but i'll be sure to hit this meet up in 2 weeks and am looking forward to it.
