it does say above that there will be 15 cars going on the dyno that day... we are looking for the best of the best. incredible cars, and owners who are interested in trying to help out as much as they can with the charity.

D Money 04-28-2006 04:38 PM

I will def. be there, don't think my car will make it though. Damn....

BUMP BUMP BUMP! Ive recieved a few applications already, let's keep em coming!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We need great cars to make this successful! Again, ANYBODY can apply, not just TST members. They can be personal cars, shop cars, etc. Andy at Xotic said that even has room if some people have to trailer cars in! Lets get some big cars people! If you know of any outside of the forum, please turn them on to this and see if they are interested......its for a GREAT cause! Lets make this event CRAZY!

BobErT- 04-30-2006 10:03 AM

Nice job Jon, this event seems like it is going to be great!

TROLL 05-03-2006 02:09 AM

this will be the biggest TST event to date... we plan on having some crazy cars and a really huge turnout... please spread the word about it and post up if you plan to attend yourself. it will be worth the drive, i promise you that...

S4toSTI 05-03-2006 10:18 AM

Guys i have been talking to jon and i will be trying to get some ridiculous cars this is going to be insane. To get people excited i am gonna tell you right now i am trying to get a carrera gt up on the dyno. I think that maybe something worth seeing. More info to come.

BobErT- 05-03-2006 04:12 PM

Barry you always have something to pull out of your sleeve. I made a little flyer up on Photoshop, so i been handing it out at little car shows, and people that i know are into that kind of stuff.

One question that I know people will ask when you try and get donations. Is this tax deductible and if so what type of receipt or proof will you be able to provide to the person donating so that they can write this off? Also what proof or reassurance can you give to the person so that they know their money is really going where you claim it is and not into someone’s pocket? Who will the checks be made out to?

TROLL 05-03-2006 04:54 PM

we're just talking to Carol for Heart about that now... we were hoping to start lining up the cars first in order to get that out of the way, but there are a lot of elements to this event that we're in the process of firming up right away.
thanks for the good questions...
bryan

sisforsurfing 05-03-2006 05:14 PM

This is a great idea. I'll talk to my friends with cars that make good power about participating, and I'll be attending without a doubt.

sesolcSTI 05-03-2006 05:27 PM

Good idea Bobert, thanks for passing those out! Sisforsurfing, try to get all the people you can to visit TST and fill out an application! That goes for everyone! Get some badass cars to fill out an application....time is burning quicker than you think and we need cars ASAP! Thanks, Jon

I will run my new set-up on the Dyno if my car is finished by then.

TROLL 05-05-2006 01:17 PM

we're not only looking for cars here, we're looking for people who are interested in putting in some time and effort to help make a difference... so with or without a car you can certainly participate in a huge way here...

TehWagon 05-06-2006 03:32 PM

when i get back i will help in whatever way i can- (which is monday night) - let me know!

charliemopps24 05-16-2006 06:40 AM

Xotic motorsports is litterally 3 minuits from my house. I want to participate in the dyno sessions to get an actual number of what my car is putting down, but more importantly, to raise money for this charity.

Hey, i work at a food service enterprise. You guys want me to bring like 20 pizza's? At the Hess Express where i work at in Gap, we have large cheese pizza's for $5 and large 1 topping's for $6. You can't beat that with a stick.
