I didn't even relize that. I thought the 1.8 was the sixty foot.

That is still very impressive for a FWD, especially on street tires!

x2 I thought the same thing. There is no way the neon put down a 1.3 60ft on street tires, or slicks for that matter. Your mph would be much higher, so if thats what your time slip says, I would also say that it was a mis print and that the time it says isnt the time you ran. I would suggest running it again and see what kind of times you pull out.

if your 60ft time is off, all the times are off. Just run it again and see if you come close to that time...

05Accent 03-04-2006 09:36 PM

yea ill get that timeslip scaned for ya when i get the timee. ****s been hard latey as u know.. but ill get it done for ya.

Omega SE 03-04-2006 09:54 PM

i would know. those times were correct. i was in the right lane with him when he got the 12.8. i got distracted and missed 3rd gear on that run when i saw him catch up. his launch was bad though but otherwise im very impressed with his numbers.

GroceryGetter 03-05-2006 12:13 AM

if his 60' is off that might throw all of his times off, i would just run it again thats all. What kinda hp are you putting to the front wheels?

05OCsrt-4 03-05-2006 12:28 AM

Calm down, no ones criticising him. A 1.3 60' just isn't possible on a stock tired FWD car and if the 60' timer malfunctioned, it's very possible the rest of the clocks malfunctioned. I've driven a car to a 1.320 60' and I can tell you that you have a serious car on your hands if it's putting down those 60's. It's also running MUCH quicker than 12's.

What were your other times and slips like throughout the night? Malfunctions are known to happen, we'd like to see that the rest of the numbers are correct and it was just a 60' timer error.

sleeperstyle 03-05-2006 03:12 AM

for all of the morons that actually believe a srt4 with street tires can hit a 1.3 60ft, please kill yourself right now. nothing else, just end your life for the sake of mankind.

Are you paying attention here? If the slip said he ran a 1.3 60ft which we all know is not right, then the rest of the numbers would be relivant to the 1.3 60ft in which he didnt run. Basically that means that he didn't run a 12.8 since the numbers were off. It aint that hard, just have him run it again to get some real times.

HickRocket1258 03-05-2006 04:09 PM

Chris I'm sorry but I will have to say there was some type of malfunction but I'm very happy to see your car get out. I can't wait to go with you guys next time. I'm very happy to see the time for the whole 1320'. Congrats bro.
