I like sitting in it, balanced on jack stands in my driveway, making revving sounds and the occasional "psshhhhhhh" when I eventually shift at, like, 20,000 RPMs.

original email updated. it is breast cancer awareness.... lol

[rant] yep, i figured as much. breast cancer awareness s*** pisses me off. it's slacktivism at its finest. too lazy to actually do something? hey, lets wear pink s*** and make cute little facebook status updates to make people think we really care. let's make people "aware". WTF! I'm already aware of breast cancer... it sucks and I hope they find a cure.

"breast cancer awareness" is nothing more than the newest beanie baby type of trendy collectible for women who are trying to out-care the other women in their lives. i can't tell you how many times i've heard women talking about the newest 'I <3 Boobies' wristband or 'Save the Ta-Tas' bumper sticker or the new pink ribbon or pink whatever other stupid crap they think of. now facebook. it's ridiculous. it has gotten exponentially worse in he last few years. it's now a selling point and nothing more... just like the word "green". it doesn't actually mean a goddamn thing, but when people see it they'll buy your products because "aww, look... they give a s***."

if you really care, go find a real charity and open your wallet, or else become some kind of doctor and work on it from the inside. people who actually give a damn about finding a cure for cancer don't brag about it and wear 'cute' things that say cancer on them. [/rant]

****in females

If they want to raise breast cancer awareness, why not make their profile pic a picture of their breasts for the whole month. Kind of like when people had Pokemon and doppelgangers as their pictures.

I had posted my status as "Nobody cares where you're purse is" and a friend of mine got into an argument. I said it doesn't have anything to do with supporting breast cancer, so she claims that

And then has the nerve to call me ignorant when I said that she'd be better off actually doing something to really support breast cancer.

cnuhtowel 10-06-2010 12:01 AM

how much do you want to bet that a guy started the "I like it.." facebook status thing

ImNickjames13 10-06-2010 12:06 AM

I think us guys should start something stupid to raise testicular cancer awareness

ask her if she has a penis. when she (hopefully) tells you that she does not, you can calmly explain to her that the one with the penis is correct, and the one with the vagina makes dinner.

if that doesn't make her understand then it's a lost cause.
