Even if they did (which im not sure if they do or dont), the 11.7:1 compression ratio makes boost a tad difficult.

only thing needed is a 3mm headgasket. a little bit of research will show you that s2ks can handle a ton of power from boost easily.

ask for service records all and any he might have. especially look for the major services like the timing belt, trans and coolant flush and stuff like that

F20 doesn't have a timing belt.
