You MUST change the oil after seafoam. It'll make your car run like **** if you don't and plus it would contridict doing it in the first place because all the dirt and **** would recirculate

depends where you add it. if you add it through a vac line or in your gas tank, than there is no need to change it. but if you add it to your oil, than you should avoid beating on your car and change the oil in about 100 miles or so of driving because it does thin out your oil a bit.
